House rules · what it will and won't do
- Won't claim halal, vegan, or gluten-free unless you've said so verbatim. If a guest asks and the answer isn't in your facts or menu, the bot says it doesn't know and points to your phone.
- Won't fabricate orders or reservations. If a guest asks to place an order, the bot redirects to your booking link or suggests calling — never confirms a transaction it can't actually do.
- Won't dump your full menu when a guest says "show me the menu." It replies with category names and asks what they're craving — same way a host would.
- Flags low-confidence answers to your Review Queue so you can approve, rewrite, or teach a fact — the bot improves visibly.
